1 / What is the best way to contact you?
I check my messages on Instagram and Facebook regularly, but the best way to contact me is using the "Quote" form found here.
2 / How much time do you need?
Two to three weeks in advance is typically enough time. For large orders or during the busy season, its best to place your order as soon as possible.
3 / How much do your cookies cost?
Cookies start at $42 per dozen ($3.50/cookie) for the standard 3-4" custom iced sugar cookie.
4 / Allergies/Gluten Free?
My recipe contains almond extract and is not nut free. The cookies also contain butter, eggs, flour and sugar.
Gluten free cookies are available upon request.
Natural dyes are available in place of traditional food dyes when requested. Please note, natural dyes produce a more muted color palette.
5 / What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo and all major credit cards.
6 / Can you deliver or ship?
I am located in Delaware, OH and can deliver locally, within 15 miles, for $5. Longer delivery distances will be charged a fee of $0.50 per mile.
Shipping is also available and will depend on the size of the order. Typically shipping has been around $10.
7 / What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out and I will be happy to work with you.
